To Franks family, my husband Jon and I, offer our condolences and heartfelt sympathies to you. Frank was a very good friend of my Dad, Bill McLaughlin. Dad and Frank worked together when my Dad was in Security for Nynex. During that time and when retired, they became friends who respected each other.
I have the upmost respect for Frank and will always remember him attending my Dads wake. I could feel Dad smile!
He was a wonderful man. Please find solace and happiness in your grieving knowing he touched so many lives in such a caring way.

Vicky & Family,
It seemed such a short time ago when we sat together at the Troop G clam bake remembering old times with two great guys and their wives. The two Franks will always be remembered as the real good guys of of the SP.
I learned of Franks passing from Bruce Arnold today and I am so very sorry for your loss and the loss to all of us. My most memorable and cherished memories was of working with those two guys at the academy they really complimented each other and now they are together waiting for the rest of us. Frank left his mark on all who knew him always straight to the point, outspoken especially if he didn't like something and he was right most of the time and would work to fix it. I spoke to him about a month ago on the phone a great conversation and we were going to go to lunch when I got to Albany. although w.e didn't see each other often when we did it was like we had been together yesterday. It was good knowing he was there. I will miss him very much, will think of him often and will keep him in my prayers. God bless and keep you and your family

I want to express my deepest condolences to Frank's family. I had the pleasure to meet him and work with him during my tenure as Director of Security at Fleet Financial Group. Franks' smile, wit and his dedication as a solid guy in helping those around him and our program to be one of the best in the country was a tribute to his character. I will always remember Frank and keep him and his family in my prayers.
In sympathy.

Although I knew Frank from the Troopers, we never worked out of the same station.
I got to know him from the years at Fleet Bank. Frank was well liked and well respected there. Back then, we took care of business and had plenty of laughs along the way. A good man. My sincere sorrow for Vicky and family.
Rest in Peace Frank.

Vicky and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I was glad I had the opportunity to work with Frank, but the best times I will always remember were the mornings before the hunt at the Buttermilk Falls Hunting Club. I will always remember the camaraderie, the friendly joking with each other and hitching a ride on his atv for that long walk back. Frank will be truly missed.

To The Connelly Family,
It is with a heavy heart and deep sorrow that we learn this sad news. We both worked many years at Troop G, Loudonville with Frank. A dear, nice guy... fun and always a gentleman. We send sincere sympathies to the Connelly family and all who were lucky to know him. When our Lord calls a loved one home, HE leaves wonderful, sweet memories in our hearts. May Frank dance with the angels now and find eternal rest with HIS perpetual light shining upon him.
Love, Bob & Barbara Horstmyer
