– Richard C. (Dick) Shakerley, 66, of Clifton Park, passed away at his residence on Saturday, July 7, 2018 surrounded by his family after a long illness. Born in Troy, he graduated from Ichabod Crane High School. He was the son of the late Richard and Helen Malone Shakerley. Dick entered the fire service industry at the young age of 18, starting in Palmer Engine and Hose Co. in Kinderhook.
