Obituary of Claire Nailor

Cohoes – Claire Rocheleau Nailor, 91, of Manor Avenue, Cohoes died at the Eddy Heritage House Nursing Center, Troy on Saturday, February 1, 2014 after a long illness. Born in Windsor, Canada and was the daughter of the late Laurence and Marie Louise Jeanson Rocheleau. She was a supervisor at Barclay’s in Cohoes and a person care assistant at Millview Adult Home. She was a former member of the Cohoes Columbiettes and belonged to the Beauty and the Beast Bowling League. She was predeceased by her husband Harold Nailor. Survived by her son Gerald T. Nailor and wife Joy of East Windsor, Ct. Grandmother of Holly Grant and husband Robert , great grandmother of Kelsey, Hanna, Makenzie, Peyton and Gabriella of East Hampton, Ct. Sister of Anita Detloff and the late Marietta Desrocher, Roger Rocheleau and Kenneth Rocheleau, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service Tuesday 12:00noon at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Rev. James Ebert officiating. Interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Waterford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10:30am to 12:00noon.
