Obituary of Robert G Cole Jr.

Glens Falls, NY - Robert Gene Cole Jr. died suddenly Monday January 22, 2024. Born in Bennington, VT. Rob lived most of his life in the Schaghticoke area before moving to Fredericksburg, TX for 10 years before coming home to NY for the past 5 years. Rob is survived by his wife of 35 years Melanie, two sons Jason (Jessica) Daniel (Kira) and his five grandchildren whom he loved the most. His mother Margaret, Sister Pam McNulty and brother Brian, sister Terri, brother Adam and his mother-in-law Lynda Brackley.  Rob is also survived by his Texas family The Leija’s. Rob was a landscaper and handyman by trade, but his best work was as Papa to his family. Rob loved his life as an outdoorsman and hunted and fished whenever he could. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 7:00pm at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes.
