Obituary of Frances S. Priester-Moss

Menands – Frances S. Priester-Moss, 74, of Menands and formerly of Cohoes, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 7, 2021.  She was born in Olar, South Carolina, and was the daughter of the late Sami and Edna Priester-Adams Dickerson. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Columbia South Carolina, her Master’s Degree in Chicago, Illinois, and her Law Degree in London. Frances was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Latham. Wife of the late German Moss.  She is survived by her sister, Winnie Priester-Pender of Florida, many nieces and nephews, her childhood friend, Carolyn Whetstone of South Carolina, her neighbor, Steve Brown and many, many friends.  Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service to be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Latham on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 7:00pm.
