Tammy L. Sharp, 57, of Troy passed away at St. Peter's Hospital, Albany on Sunday, January 29, 2017 after a brief illness. Born and educated in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Claudine Brenick Sharp. Tammy was a homemaker. Survivors include her loving companion Chris LeMay of Troy, her children Zackary Martell of Watervliet, Dean Martell of Wynantskill, Kimberly Smith of Cohoes, Paula Altoff of Maryland, Tristan Smith of Florida and Jeremey Smith of Florida, grandmother of Arianna, Philip, Jacob, Erica, William and Tyler. Sister of Melody, Robin, Lawrence, Wayne, Glenn and Victoria and the late Richard, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Wednesday evening at 6:30pm at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Deacon Gerard Matthews officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm.
