Ceil was such a loving, devoted Grandmother. She never missed an event at school or a sporting event of Jeremy's. She also never missed an opportunity to tell l the refs a thing or two! We loved Ceil and she loved to laugh. She and Joe were very special people. We will miss her. May she rest in peace. Tim, Jeremy and family, we are so sorry for your loss.
