Patrick Coleman 58 of Colonie passed away on July 5, 2018 at Sunnyview Rehabillitation Center after a brief illness.

Born in Troy, educated in Colonie and was a graduate of Colonie High.

Son of the late Paul and Helen Norris Coleman, He was the owner of West Shaker Farm and Greenhouse of Colonie, NY

Pat loved to vacation in Hawaii with his family.

Survived by his wife Diane Herman Coleman of Colonie

Father of Rebecca Coleman of Apex, NC, Joseph Coleman of Colonie, NY, and Gregory Coleman of Buffalo, NY.

Also survived by several nieces and nephews
