Aunt Loretta was my godmother and always held a special place in my heart. I always felt loved and cherished whenever I saw her. Up until a few years ago when she was really too ill to do so, I could always count on a birthday card from her. I have many loving memories of our families when we were growing up--oh those years of spending thanksgiving, Christmas , Easter -- never one day or meal--always segueing into the next day. Traditions I hope I've passed on to my family now. I will miss her.
