Amanda C. Gibbs, 40, passed away suddenly at Samaritan Hospital, Troy on Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Born in Cohoes, she graduated from Cohoes High School and is the daughter of Donna Stephenson of Cohoes and the late Ralph Frament. She was formerly lead teller at First Niagara Bank in Brunswick. Survivors in addition to her mother is her husband, Donald Gibbs, Jr. of Cohoes, her children Ashley Batchelder of Cohoes and Luke Gibbs of Cohoes. Sister of Kimberly Ianuzzi of Cohoes and Danielle Frament of Pa., also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral Monday evening 6:00 pm at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes with Rev. James T. Spenard OSA officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4 to 7 pm.
