Obituary of Donald J. LeQue

 Donald J. LeQue, 65, of Dartmouth Street, Cohoes, passed away at Seton Health Partners, Troy on Thursday, November 27, 2014 with his loving family by his side after a long illness. Born in Cohoes, graduated from Cohoes High School and was the son of the late Donald and Lillian Murray LeQue Fraim He worked for the City of Cohoes DPW for 34 years before retiring. He was a US Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He belonged to the E.T. Ruane American Legion Post, Cohoes and the Lansingburgh Veterans Club. He loved going to the Casino. Survivors include his wife, Denise Rosecrans LeQue of Cohoes, his son, David LeQue of Cohoes and his grandchildren Taylor and Sydney, father of Donna Linneman of Halfmoon, Donald LeQue of Cohoes and Receia Sawyer of Cohoes. Son-in-law of Celia Rosecrans of Cohoes, Father-in-law of Kimberle LeQue of Cohoes, also survived by his cousin Shirley Johnson and his loving pets. Funeral Monday 9:00am at the Church of the Holy Trinity, Cohoes where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the DUFRESNE FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Sunday from 2 to 5pm. Those who wish to remember Donnie in a special way may make a contribution to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, Menands, N.Y. in his memory.
